We founded Huzu law on the principle that lawyers must be effective legal advisors and good business partners to their clients.
As outside research counsel, we saw an opportunity to better serve our clients through a more innovative approach.
We practice law in an entrepreneurial environment, with the flexibility to offer clients alternative and flat fee arrangements, allowing for more predictable and consistent legal budgets. By embracing this new model, we can more efficiently provide our clients with the skilled and sophisticated legal services that are often associated with large law firms, but in a more cost-effective manner.

OUR BACKGROUND
Formerly part of a comprehensive health care practice at a large, regional law firm, we assisted a variety of clients with a wide range of issues, including regulatory compliance, fraud and abuse, medical staff matters, contract drafting and negotiation, patient care issues, corporate governance matters, risk management, EMTALA and HIPAA compliance, and administrative appeals.
Our background gives us a unique perspective regarding the complexities of delivering health care, conducting clinical research, and developing additional revenue streams in the ever-changing regulatory environment.
